1.1 Understanding Your Purpose

Allah has clearly told us our purpose:

"And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me." (Qur'an 51:56)

This means that every single thing we do should be for the sake of Allah—whether it’s praying, studying, working, or even having fun. If we do it with the right intention, it becomes an act of worship.

1.2 Life is a Test

Many teens feel lost because they don’t know why life is so difficult. But Allah tells us:

"[He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed..." (Qur'an 67:2)

Your hardships, your struggles, and even your identity crisis are all part of a test. But remember, Allah never tests you beyond what you can bear (Qur'an 2:286).

1.3 Intentions Matter

The Prophet ﷺ said:

"Verily, actions are judged by intentions..." (Bukhari, Muslim)

You don’t have to change your whole life overnight. Start with your intentions. Even small actions like going to school, helping at home, or being kind can be rewarded if you do them for Allah.
